With a combined 40 years of estate agency experience between both London and here in South East Northumberland, Laura and I have worked in a competitive environment during the highs and lows of the housing market since the late 90s.
I started my career in London with a leading independent firm, swiftly progressing to senior management level across both independent and corporate firms at regional and national level. I’ve been incredibly fortunate over the years to have worked with some award-winning agents who’ve gone on to achieve great things (Laura included) Most recently, I’ve been heavily involved in the mentoring, coaching and training of self-employed business owners, whom themselves have opted to grow a relationship led business rather than transactional.
Laura started here career here in 1999 at a small independent firm in Newcastle before moving onto an agency in Cramlington. It was following that role when she moved back into Bedlington in 2002, managing and valuing in a few of the local firms before she decided to have a sabbatical. That year out turned into a decade and after a stint in the Caribbean she moved to London where we met. Here she worked for one of the largest as a live-in nanny, she returned to estate agency, working for the largest independent in London (where we met). Laura was recognized both as the top negotiator and valuer across the business during her 4 years there. She then went on to become a self-employed agent for a national online/hybrid business, taking responsibility for a major South London territory. It took her no time to amass a substantial following of loyal clients and build a business based on referral & recommendation.
