We were sceptical of using an online agent as I have only ever used traditional Estate Agents. We had four valuations, which were all around the same price. Estate Agents have a certain swagger but we cannot rate our agent Laura Watson highly enough, she was professional, friendly and went way beyond our expectations. She seems to work 24 hours a day, even replying to a question at 10pm on a Sunday night! Everything runs very smoothly, professional photographer, EPC and floorpans. We saved thousands and we will never go back to the high street. Thank you Laura.
