Myself and my wife have just completed the purchase of a property Alistair and Laura were marketing and I have to say we couldn’t have been more impressed. Alistair was in regular contact with all parties throughout the process, even going as far as chasing up our solicitors! It wasn’t just during the purchase that we were impressed. We’d been looking for the right property for a few years without success. Alistair took ownership of our search, giving us the heads up on properties coming to the market which we may be interested in. He was always available to discuss any concerns we had and found solutions ASAP. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Well where do I start! From the set up of the personal whatsapp group before Alistair even left our house, I knew he was going to be different… a truly modern and personal twist on your standard estate agent. When things go wrong, you often find estate agents would wash their hands of you. Not turn up at your door in the midst of all the drama like Alistair did! I am never moving again but if I did, I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else! Everything they do has a very different approach, a hamper on move day, countless GIF’s (a lot of which went over my head 🤣), advice on properties which they aren’t even marketing! It’s not just about getting a sale here, it’s about helping people move into their dream home. Alistair and Laura, keep doing what you’re doing, you will take over the shire in no time 🙌🏼

I thought I needed a good estate agent to sell my house quickly(which they did, twice!). Little did I know what I really needed a good estate agent for was when things go wrong! Buyers let you down at the 11th hour and solicitors incompetence makes your life a misery, but Alistair and Laura helped navigate us through a horrendous 7 months, where everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I dread to think what would have happened had we not had Alistair on the end of the phone literally 24 hours a day.
