Alistair operates with integrity and I have received a premium quality service throughout the whole process. I haven’t encountered another estate agent that takes the same time and care. We used WhatsApp to communicate because that was the best method for me and Alistair kept me updated at all stages of selling one house and buying another. Alistair Harper has been absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and honest about the current market. Responsive day and night 7 days a week and so supportive throughout. He managed to get us the full asking price! We went to him after 2 failed experiences with agents on the high street, Alistair was a breath of fresh air! If we had to score him out of 10 he would get an 11.

Laura was absolutely first class from valuation through to getting an offer accepted. She was spot on with valuation in order to get a maximum number of viewings and we had two offers on our house quickly as a consequence. She always provided excellent advice and support and answered any queries immediately – even on a Sunday! Also, once we put in an offer on the house we wanted to buy the other agents found they could contact her very easily to verify the sale of our house.

I am writing to put on record my positive feedback regarding Laura Watson your local property expert for the Bromley Area. I had lived in my semi-detached house for over forty-one years and so selling it was a daunting prospect. The Covid situation made the process and strategy for selling the house an uncertain prospect. I was initially unsure about using Purple Bricks because the fee you charge does not depend – in individual cases – on achieving a sale. Throughout the fairly drawn out journey to getting the sale completed, Laura did not miss a beat. She responded very quickly to any queries and always was good humoured and measured in her advice. This was particularly important when an offer came in that was pretty good but less than what I’d hoped for. She gave her advice in a direct and totally credible way. And it turned out to be a good call.

Laura Watson was my agent for the second time in little over a year. I have been an executor of 2 estates and have had a house to sell on each occasion. Laura did a splendid job on the first occasion and as good if not better the second time around. She and her team were always responsive and available for viewings whenever the need arose. As the properties were empty each viewing had to be accompanied. They never missed an appointment, even those made at short notice.
