My wife and I would like to thank our estate agent, and specifically our “property experts” Laura Watson (initially), and for the bulk of the time, Alistair Harper. Alistair handled our sale with efficiency professionalism and good humour. Although the sale took a number of months we were never made to feel forgotten, as he kept in regular touch. And ultimately, Alistair’s advice on pricing proved pivotal. Obviously, we also made a very significant saving compared to the commission of a High Street Estate Agent.
