We decided to go with Alistair after a very unsuccessful few months with a popular online estate agent. Especially with a baby on the way stress was high for myself and my partner and we needed to get moved as soon as possible.

Alistair sat us down and gave us an honest, no nonsense plan of how we would market and sell our flat. Given there was a number of almost identical flats for sale in the same area we needed a competitive edge that he delivered.

We had one viewing and then that person made us an offer which we accepted.

With estate agents in the past this is the point where they drop out however Alistair & Laura kept us in loop and even chased people up when things were taking too long. I can’t overstate how much this helped us. The conveyancing service that Alistair recommended was also brilliant and massively helpful throught the process.

I honestly think that if we had not ditched the online estate agent, we would still be sat in our flat stressed out, with no bedroom for our daughter. Alistair & Laura’s services were worth every penny of their fee.

Constantly keeping me posted and chasing updates. Great communication and very friendly. Help through difficult circumstances and completely understanding.

Myself and my partner recently completed the purchase of a property Alistair & Laura were marketing and we have been super impressed with the whole process. As first time buyers we weren’t 100% sure of the processes and what to do and they kept us updated and assisted in anyway they could, answering any questions and essentially letting us know what to discuss with our solicitor. Our keys were ready to pick up the day we came out of hospital from having our first baby and Alistair went above and beyond even dropping the keys off for us!!
